Shipping and Delivery
At Tristan Italian Threads we strive to make your delivery a positive experience. We take pride in making sure your order arrives to your destination as quickly and safely as possible. Most in stock items are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel from our warehouse in Richmond, BC within 1-3 days from receipt of your order and should arrive to you within 1-14 business days to most Canadian addresses. Shipping to the USA should arrive within 7-14 business days. International orders may take longer. If you have been informed that your order has shipped and it has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us with your order number, name, and phone number.
Shipping and Handling Costs Most retail orders up to 1 lb sent within Canada qualify for Flat Rate Super Saver Shipping charge of only $7.95 on orders over $20.00. Any orders over 1 lb will have additional shipping charges. *Rural or remote geographical locations are subject to extra shipping charges. We will notify you if extra charges are applicable. If you require faster shipping methods please contact us and we can arrange for your request and estimate additional costs. Shipping and handling charges are subject to applicable taxes. Wholesale customers will be notified on Freight charges.
Orders Sent to the United States
Orders sent to the United States are $9.95 for a small packet under 1.5 lbs approx. 6 spools of thread. Larger packages over 1.5 lbs are $14.95 plus $1.00 per lb. If you require faster shipping methods please contact us and we can arrange for your request. USA orders may be subject to import duties and taxes that may be levied once
your order reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance
are the sole responsibility of the addressee; we have no control over these charges
and cannot predict what they might be. For further information, you should contact
your local customs office for further details.
International Orders We ship to Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. Shipping charges to Europe are $15.95 for a small packet under 1.5 lbs approx. 6 spools of thread. Larger packages over 1.5 lbs are $30.00 + $6.62 per Kg. Shipping Charges to Australia, New Zealand and Japan are $15.95 for a small packet under 1.5 lbs approx. 6 spools of thread. Larger packages over 1.5 lbs are $35.00 + $7.72 per Kg. If adjustments are necessary we will contact you via e-mail before your order ships out for approval. If you require faster shipping methods please contact us and we can arrange for your request and estimate any additional costs. International orders to other countries not listed may be accepted.
